Return Policy

Dear Girl – Returns & Refunds

At Dear Girl, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Period

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • the item is unused and unworn

  • the item is in its original condition

  • all original tags are still attached

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us via email at support@deargirlclub.com and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief explanation of the reason for return

  • (optional) photo evidence if the item is damaged or defective

Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions within 2–3 business days, including the return address.

All approved returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia, where returned items are inspected and processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

For full-priced items, you may choose one of the following options:

  • a full refund

  • a free exchange

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • incorrect (wrong item, size, or color)

  • or does not arrive at all

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly investigate and provide an appropriate solution. In most cases, returning the item will not be required.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns if:

  • the item was delivered correctly and is not defective

  • the return is due to a change of mind

  • the item shows signs of wear or use

  • the original tags have been removed

7. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@deargirlclub.com with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • (optional) photos or videos, if applicable

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this time, orders are automatically processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email support@deargirlclub.com as soon as possible, including your order number.
